We/I hereby make the following commitments for the copyrights of the participating works (hereinafter referred to as “the authorized works”) authorized to “Impressions of China” 2024 Short Video Showcase:
1.  We/I guarantee that we/I have the right to sign this letter of commitment and fulfill the corresponding obligations.
2.  We/I guarantee that we/I have the complete legal copyrights of the authorized works, including but not limited to the rights of modification, protection of the integrity of works, reproduction, exhibition, information network dissemination, broadcasting, translation, etc. that shall be owned by the copyright owners.
3.  We/I agree to authorize the organizer to independently carry out publicity, promotion, exhibition and broadcasting activities for the authorized works.
4.  We/I guarantee that the copyrights of all authorized works will not violate laws and regulations, infringe the copyrights and other legal rights of any third party. We/I will bear all legal responsibilities for any disputes, administrative penalties or lawsuits caused by the content and right defects of the authorized works.
5.  We/I guarantee that the relevant information of all authorized works is true and valid.
6.  We/I confirm that this letter of commitment will take effect from the date of confirmation.
